Connection Issues:
Check for server Issues First
Look for announcements or updates from our official channels to see if there are any server issues or maintenance going on.
If this is not the case try the following:
- Make sure you have a strong Wi-Fi or cellular data connection
- Try moving to an area with a better coverage.
- If you are on Wi-Fi, try restarting your router or switching to a different network
- Clean up bandwidth – Close any unnecessary apps running in the background
- Restart the game - Close the game completely and relaunch it. This can often resolve temporary issues
- Clear Game Cache
- Android – Go to settings >Apps >[ GOP] and clear cache. This can resolve issues by corrupted data
- Web – Go to the settings of your browser and click on Privacy and Security (For most browsers) > Clear browers data> Clear Cached images and files (Clear data)
Performance
- Update the game and System Software
- Go to the app-store and update the game if available
- Go to the settings menu of your phone and update the system software if available. iOS: update to iOS 12 or higher. Android – update to Android 5.0 or higher. For more information go to

- Clean up Internal Storage – When your internal storage is nearly full it can have significantly impact on the performance of mobile games and your device
- a. Delete unnecessary apps
b. Clear Cache – Go to Settings > Storage > Cached data and clear the cache for apps
c. Move media(photos, movies, etc) to a Cloud Storage
d. Move Files and Apps to an SD card ( if supported) to clear up space
