Before contacting us, please check the following:
Check your inventory: Navigate to the chest section in the inventory (top right menu/inventory/chests). You can open it whenever you want to claim the chips
Restart the Game: Sometimes restarting the game will refresh your account and apply the missing purchase.
Check Your Payment Method: Confirm if you've been charged by reviewing your transaction history on the platform you made the purchase.
If the issue persists, please provide us with the following information to verify your purchase:
• Your user ID (can be found in the Settings window, at the bottom)
• The name of the package you’ve purchased
• The invoice you received for your purchase - [Where to find my Transaction overview and receipts?]
IMPORTANT:
We cannot accept bank receipts as invoices, as they lack essential information needed to verify the purchase and check the status in our system.
