I can't update on Steam/Facebook Gameroom

When you are playing Governor of Poker 3 via Steam or Facebook Gameroom and you have some issues playing the game via those platforms, our support agents can ask you to send a DXDiag.exe report, a crash report or game logs. These reports could be very helpful to our support team and developers to find out what happened. There is no personal information in these files and we will not share this information with third-parties.

How to run a DxDiag report?

Follow these steps to run a DxDiag report:

1. Press the Windows key and type dxdiag in the search box
2. Click on dxdiag.exe
3. When DxDiag opens, check to see if there’s a button that says Run 64-bit DxDiag – if there is click it. If there isn't, move to step 6.
4. You’ll see a green progress bar in the bottom-left of the DirectX Diagnostic Tool window while the program is gathering information.
5. When the progress bar disappears, it means your report is ready.
6. Click Save All Information.
7.Save the file to your desktop (make sure it’s saving as a text file) and give it a name you’ll remember.
8.Click Exit.
9. Attach this file when you contact our support agents.
