Lost account
If you've lost your account, it has most likely been disconnected from your mobile device. Don't worry we can find your account! But if your account is connected to an email address or Facebook account you can retrieve it yourself!
Reinstall the game and login with your email address or Facebook account in the first screen. And you are good to go!
Note: Make sure you've logged in with the right Facebook account in your Facebook app

New device
New device
When you install the game at your new device and you login with the same email address or Facebook account you can continue to play with the same game account. When you can't continue because you'll have to create new account please try the following.
- Open the game at your old device and make sure it has been email connected. Please check the FAQ "how to play on other devices" for instructions. Then reinstall the game at your new device and login with the same email address you've used to connect your account with. You can continue playing with your original account now!
- When your original account has been Facebook connected, check on your old device which Facebook account you've used. Then open the Facebook app at your new device and check if this is the same account. If it's not, change this to the right Facebook account. Reinstall the game and choose login with Facebook and you have access to your account again.
Account Changed
In very unusual cases your game could be connected to an account that belongs to someone else. If this happens to you please contact us with your original account information. We will try to find your account and connect it to your device again.
