Most likely, your account has been disconnected from your mobile device. Your can retrieve your account by following the steps below.

Facebook: Your account is connected to a Facebook account.

1.    Uninstall the game from your device
2.    Make sure you’re logged into your Facebook app with the Facebook account you registered your GOP account
3.    Reinstall the game and open it
4.    Click the button “Login with Facebook” on the first screen

Email: Your account is connected to an valid email address.

1.    Reinstall the game on your device
2.    Click the button “Login with email” on the first screen
3.    Fill out your credentials for your GOP account

Play on another/new device?
1.    Install the app on your new device and open it
2.    Click “login with email” and enter your email and password

Steam: You don’t have the same account on Steam as the one on your mobile device

1.    Connect your account with a valid email address on your mobile device, then close the app.
2.    Open the game on Steam and go to the Settings > Connect your email >
3.    Click the button “connect”
4.    Enter your email address and password for your account.
