These demonstrate your status when you have proven your poker skills. The titles are communicated whenever your name is visible; for example, in the poker rooms, friends list and in your profile. Special graphics and effects are added to show you have this special status title.

When you get above a certain amount of chips, you will unlock a title. The title can be lost, though, when your chip balance drops below the minimum amount required for that title. Currently, the titles and their required chip amounts are:
