I don’t see my order added to my account
Sometimes there is a little delay between the Google or Apple server and ours. Please, restart your game and the latest modifications will be loaded to the game

I did restart the game, but I still don’t see my order
No worries! Our support team can help you. They will need the following information to solve the issue as soon as possible:

Your player ID
Your Player name and level
Your email address registered to your account
The date and time of your purchase. Please add the timezone you’re living in. (for example Pacific day time)
A screenshot or pdf of the receipt/invoice. The order ID, product, and your name should be clearly visible

Once they have found your transaction they can add your order to your account.
