User Rules
At MONOPOLY Poker, we want to create an enjoyable and inclusive space where all players feel comfortable and safe. We kindly ask players to follow our User Rules to help keep our game as fun and safe as possible! We have Community Rules, that deal with behavior between players (no abuse or toxic stuff), and Game Rules, that address how you should play MONOPOLY Poker (no cheating).
If a player is unable to follow our User Rules, and harasses or makes other players uncomfortable or cheats, it will have consequences. Breaking the User Rules will result in a chat ban and/or login ban. The duration of the ban will depend on which rule was broken and how many times it was violated. See below.

Chat ban information
1st violation = 1 Week
2nd violation = 1 Month
3rd violation = Permanent
We can also issue an instant permanent chat ban if the user broke a rule in an important way no matter their violation history. See our Community Rules below..

If a player has participated in 3 nickname violations, a login ban will also be issued:

Community Rules
Player toxicity is a thing, and even though some of it is cultural, and not everyone has the same standards, we want the Game to be safe and fun for everyone. This means that in case of any abusive behavior, we need to make judgment calls. Before we permanently ban a player, we always have at least two people from our support team look into the case.
Don't discriminate: the game is for everyone to enjoy, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, political preferences and abilities. No hate speech.
Use appropriate language: poker is a passionate game and emotions can run high but stay focused - we are here to have fun, let’s keep it friendly! Don’t trash-talk using foul or harmful language and do not insult other players, even if not directed at them. So no offensive language, and yes we are strict about this.

Refrain from sexual-related references, discriminating images or images depicting acts of violence.
Do not bully, abuse or harass: there's no need to put others down - be positive and you’ll enjoy the game even more! This also means that you don’t threaten, abuse, coerce or blackmail other users, or our staff. And no promoting violence against an individual or a group of people
Keep it clean: refrain from making unwelcome sexual-related references, unsolicited sexual advances to another player, or sexually explicit or charged comments. This goes for the chat, but also your account name or profile picture We take any sexual harassment case very seriously and will always take action.
Safety comes first: don't share any personal information with other players. Not about yourself, and not about others.
Respect above all: respect others, their interests, their right to express opinions, and their feelings! And remember, it does not matter if your intent was to insult or hurt someone or not. What matters is whether they or someone else takes offense.
Play the game: don’t share your account or play for someone else. Don’t flood the chat. And don’t use the chat for commercial purposes, or to send messages that praise, support or promote illegal activities, drugs, animal cruelty, fraud, hacking, piracy, farming, scripting, scamps, phishing, and so on.
In-game, and elsewhere online and off-line: Don’t harass other players, full stop. Don’t do it in-game, and don’t do it elsewhere online, like on Snapchat, Facebook, TikTok, or even worse, off-line.

Game Rules
We want to keep the game fair and respectful for all players, therefore we have several Game Rules for players to follow. These actions are not allowed:
Card sharing: Sharing your cards with other players at the table to influence the outcome of the game/the leaderboard or farming chips/team points.
Pretending to be a staff member: Impersonating MONOPOLY Poker, Azerion, Youdagames staff in chat, in your account name or picture.
Account sharing: Your account is yours and yours alone. Sharing your account with other people or using the accounts of other players is prohibited.
Chips transferring: Using the tables for transferring chips, including bullying other players away to transfer chips or discuss illegal actions.
Sell: or otherwise transfer items/accounts.
Gameplay automation: Using automation software is strictly prohibited and is a direct violation of our terms of service.
Exploiting: using designed cheats.
Using disposable emails: Your account must be connected to a valid and verified email address.
Farming: Creating multiple accounts to farm team points or chips
Fraud:
- Refusal of payment for in-game items
- Consistently or repeatedly issuing a dispute to retrieve the money back of used in-game products
- Engaging in a behavior of repeated charge-backs or refunds
- Using a stolen credit/debit cards to purchase in-game products
- Unauthorized usage of bank accounts, online payment accounts or credit/debit cards to purchase in-game products
- Forcing other people to use their credit/debit card, online payment account or bank account to purchase in-game products for you
Owning/managing more than 1 account: Players are allowed to have 1 active account per user. An active account is an account you use to play on our poker tables, to play blackjack, use consumables or purchase items, on a regular basis.
Help us: if you notice that a player may be breaking the game rules, please let us know.
