The Out-of-Jail card is a special item that can be used to free your Community from jail.
There’s a chance to collect an Out-of-Jail card from the Boardwalk, which will reset every 4 hours. When you land on a Community Chest or Chance tile, you can get the card. However, you can only hold 1 card at a time. If you own a card in your inventory, you will not get it again until you have used it in the Community feature to get out of jail.
When your Community is in jail, there will be a button visible which allows you to use the Out-of-Jail card. Any member of the Community can use his/her card to get the Community out of Jail. In the member list, you can see who owns an Out-of-Jail card.
