How do I change the language of the survey?

To Translate the survey into your preferred language, please use the drop-down menu in the upper right corner of the survey screen. If the language option is not available, the survey may not be offered in that language. 

I’m stuck on a question and can’t move forward. What should I do?

If you're unable to move forward in the survey, please make sure all required fields are properly completed.

If you selected "Other" as a response, be sure to fill in the corresponding text box and click "OK" to proceed to the next question. Some questions may also require specific response formats.

If you're still having trouble, try refreshing the page or reopening the app. Alternatively, you can access the survey on a different device or browser.

If none of these steps work, please contact our support team for assistance.

I can’t find the coupon code at the end of the survey. Where is it?

The coupon code will appear on the last page of the survey next to the thank you message. 

I’m an Apple user and cannot redeem my coupons. 

Unfortunately Apple does not allow the use of coupons on their platform.
 
Because of this, you will need to redeem it through one of the following platforms:
Web
 
Log in with your account using one of the platforms above and redeem the coupon code through the in-game settings! (How to log in on other devices or accesses?)
