Unfortunately, Team Challenge points and chest progress do not transfer to a new team if you switch teams during an ongoing challenge. To make sure you receive the chests you’ve worked hard for, you’ll need to stay with the same team you earned points for until the challenge ends.

If you’ve already left the team, you might still be able to continue your progress - if the team is open and has a free slot, you can simply join again. If not, try reaching out to your team leader or an officer and ask to rejoin.

If you were removed from the team and are unable to rejoin, your challenge progress will unfortunately reset, and we’re not able to manually restore your points or chests.
