1. OVERVIEW

The Governor of Poker - Create Your Own Xmas Hat Contest (“Contest”) invites eligible participants (“Entrants”) to showcase their creativity by designing a unique Christmas hat. Entries may be created using any technique (e.g., drawing, DIY, crafting) and must reflect both the holiday season and the Governor of Poker theme or aesthetic. One (1) winner will be selected based on creativity, originality, and thematic alignment.

2. ELIGIBILITY

This Contest is open to legal residents of the European Union who are at least 21 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Playtika Ltd. (“Sponsor”), its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. Void where restricted or prohibited by law.

3. CONTEST PERIOD

The Contest begins at 12:00:00 AM Central Standard Time (“CST”) on December 24, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59 PM CST on December 31, 2025 (“Contest Period”). Sponsor’s database computer is the official timekeeping device for the Contest.

4. HOW TO ENTER

During the Contest Period, participants must create a custom-designed Christmas hat and post a photo of the creation in the comments section of the designated Contest post on either the official Governor of Poker Facebook or Instagram pages. Each entry must be original, the sole work of the Entrant, and should incorporate both festive holiday elements and inspiration from the Governor of Poker game. Limit one (1) entry per person.

5. JUDGING CRITERIA & WINNER SELECTION

On or about January 1st, Sponsor or its designated representatives will review all eligible entries and select one (1) winner based on the following criteria:

· Creativity - 35%

· Originality - 30%

· Relevance to Game Theme - 20%

· Relevance to Holiday Theme - 15%

All decisions by Sponsor are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION

On or about January 2nd, the potential winner will be notified via direct message on Facebook or Instagram (depending on the platform used to submit the entry). If the potential winner does not respond within 72 hours, fails to provide required documentation, or is otherwise found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive a holiday gift package consisting of:

· One (1) box of socks

· One (1) Governor of Poker-branded deck of cards

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $30 USD.

No substitution or cash equivalent is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

8. TAXES

Each winning participant is solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes associated with their prize. Sponsor disclaims all liability for such taxes.

9. ODDS

Odds of winning depend on the number and quality of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

10. WINNER REQUIREMENTS

The winner may be required to complete a Release and Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability, and Publicity Release (unless prohibited by law). If the winner fails to sign and return such documents within the specified time, or if the winner is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

11. LIABILITY & RELEASE

By participating, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (“Released Parties”) from and against any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind arising out of or in connection with participation in the Contest or receipt or use of the prize. Released Parties are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, or communications malfunctions, or other errors or problems which may occur in connection with the Contest.

12. MISCELLANEOUS

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, or Instagram. You are providing your information to Sponsor and not to Meta. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.

13. DATA

Any personal data collected from Entrants will be used solely for Contest administration and in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at: https://www.playtika.com/privacy-notice/.

14. DISPUTES

Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, or the prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Venue for any legal action shall be in the courts located in Tel Aviv, Israel.
